Overview

Varanasi is a city in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh dating to the 11th century B.C. Regarded as the spiritual capital of India, the city draws Hindu pilgrims who bathe in the Ganges River’s sacred waters and perform funeral rites. Along the city's winding streets are some 2,000 temples, including Kashi Vishwanath, the “Golden Temple,” dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Ayodhya is a city located in Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh, India. The city is identified with the legendary city of Ayodhya, and as such, is the birthplace of Rama and setting of the epic Ramayana.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day : 1 - Arrival At Varanasi

Arrive at Varanasi Railway Station/Airport and transfer to the hotel. Later in the evening visit to Ganga Ghat to witness Ganga Aarti at Dasaswamedh Ghat and overnight at hotel.
Day 1:Arrival in Varanasi

• On arrival in Varanasi, transfer to the hotel and check-in.

• In the evening, witness the aarti ritual on the Ghats of the Ganges.

• Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 2: Varanasi Sightseeing

• In the early morning, enjoy a boat ride in the Ganges.

• Return to the hotel and have breakfast.

• After breakfast, proceed for the city tour of Varanasi.

• Visit Durga temple, Tulsi Manas temple, Sankat Mochan temple, and the Bharat Mata temple.

• Also, visit the Banaras Hindu University.

• After lunch, proceed for the Ram Nagar tour.

• Visit the Ramnagar fort and a temple and a museum within the grounds.

• Also, visit the Durga Temple, Chhinnamastika Temple, and a big clock.

• Later, return to Varanasi.

• Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 3: Varanasi to Allahabad

• After breakfast, proceed to Allahabad.

• On arrival in Allahabad, check in to the hotel.

• In the afternoon, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Allahabad.

• Visit Ananda Bhawan, lying Hanuman Temple, Allahabad Fort, Patalpuri Temple, Ashoka Pillar, and Akshayavat.

• Overnight stay in Allahabad.
Day 4: Excursion to Chitrakoot

• After breakfast, drive to Chitrakoot.

• Visit Ramghat, Kamadgiri, Bharat Milap, Janaki Kund, Hanuman Dhara, and Sati Anusuya.

• Later, return to Allahabad.

• Overnight stay in Allahabad.
Day 5: Allahabad to Ayodhya

After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed for Ayodhya.Check-in at the hotel on arrival at Ayodhya after the evening visit the local market by walk. Overnight stay at Ayodhya.
Day 6: Ayodhya Sightseeing

Morning breakfast after driving to Ayodhya Sightseeing. Visit Ramjanma Bhoomi, Kanak Bhawan, Hanuman Garhi, Nageshwarnath Temple & Gulab Bari. Overnight stay at Ayodhya.
Day 7: Ayodhya

Morning / Afternoon check out from the hotel after this, get assisted and easily transferred to the Lucknow Railway Station/ Airport to catch your train/flight for the onward Journey. And now the tour ends.
