Your journey will then continue to Ayodhya, a city of immense spiritual and historical significance as it is said to be the birthplace of Lord Rama. You will visit some of the most important temples in the city, including the holy Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, followed by Kanak Bhawan and Hanuman Garhi. Day 1

Varanasi Arrival & Sightseeing

  • Tulsi Manas Mandir - Associated with Tulsidas, who composed the famous Hindu epic Ramcharitmanas; verses from the epic are written on the walls of the temple.
  • Durga Kund Temple - A beautiful red-colored temple dedicated to Goddess Durga; situated near a sacred pond called Durga Kund.
  • Banaras Hindu University (BHU) - One of the largest universities in Asia; famous for its peaceful environment and greenery.
  • New Vishwanath Temple - A replica of Kashi Vishwanath Temple; quiet and not crowded.

Day 2

Varanasi Sightseeing

  • Early morning boat ride on River Ganga to witness sunrise.
  • Visit Sarnath – where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon.
  • Explore Dhamek Stupa, Sarnath Museum, and Mulagandha Kuti Vihar.
  • Visit Ramnagar Fort and Museum.
  • Free time for shopping in the local markets of Varanasi.
Day 3

Varanasi – Ayodhya (Approx. 4–5 hrs drive)

  • Morning drive to Ayodhya.
  • Half-day sightseeing in Ayodhya:
  • Ram Janmabhoomi Temple - Believed to be the birthplace of Lord Rama; one of the most important pilgrimage sites in India.

Day 4

  • Treta Ke Thakur - Temple associated with Lord Rama’s Ashwamedha Yajna; houses ancient idols.
  • Nageshwarnath Temple - An important Shiva temple believed to have been established by Kush, son of Lord Rama.
  • Guptar Ghat - Sacred ghat where Lord Rama is believed to have taken Jal Samadhi.
  • Drop as per Departure Plan - Transfer to Ayodhya or back to Varanasi for onward journey.
